Statement:
Chaffee County Habitat for Humanity is a Christian housing ministry serving the needs of low-income families right here in your community.  Join us in giving hope to a family in need.  Hope is the greatest gift we give to our families because it is what gives them strength when they are tired or frustrated.  They have hope and their children have hope.  All they have to do is look at the walls of their home to know their hope is real.  They know they are loved and that every single person who contributed, picked up a hammer, or helped support the crew did it for them.

Prayer Request:

Dear Friends,

Thank you all for agreeing to be Church Contacts and/or Prayer Partners with Chaffee County Habitat for Humanity. This is the first of many prayer requests to come! You may anticipate receiving these requests at least once a month. There will be times, such as during builds, that they will probably be weekly as we share Praise Reports as well as Prayer Requests. When our website is updated, we are planning to post requests/praises on the Faith Relations page as well.

Please know that you are always welcome /encouraged to share these prayer requests with your congregation and any other prayer groups you may participate in, unless specifically advised otherwise. Also, if you know of Habitat-oriented prayer needs that should be shared with this ministry group, or you know of others who would be willing to join us in this ministry of prayer, you may contact me at margaret.e.gillikin@gmail.com. As you can see, we are keeping the participants in this list confidential for the sake of your privacy.
